Gerard is a lawyer specialized in Labor Law, a field in which he has been developing his professional activity since 2000.
In addition to his specialization in Labor Law and Business Law, he has a solid economic background that allows him to offer labor advice based on practicality and pragmatism, without ever losing sight of the effects that decisions in labor matters have on other aspects of business life.
Its scope of action includes legal advice, planning of dismissals and termination of contracts, drafting of employment contracts, labor audits, legal defense in labor inspections and claims, etc.

Ricard Aguilar
LAWYER AND ECONOMIST
Ricard is a lawyer, economist and holds a degree in Business Administration and Management.
In the legal field he began his career in 2005 at PEREZ-LLORCA where he worked for several years in the real estate and corporate departments.
Ricard joined INTASGES in 2011, and since then he has been promoting the international branch of the business, entrepreneurs and start-ups.
Ricard also launched the firm’s Immigration Department, specializing in Law 14/2013, corporate immigration, investors and entrepreneurs.
